Charitable Chair Event

March 22nd, 2012
1

You are invited to join me at Weber State University on Friday, April 6, 2012 for the Charitable Chair event. I will be providing a historical commentary of the chair to get everyone excited before the auction begins. Weber State students will be auctioning off one-of-a-kind historical chairs they have designed or refurbished. It will be a fun way to get a unique piece for your home or office. All proceeds benefit Boys/Girls Club as well as provide scholarship support for design majors. There will be a live auction, a silent auction and a raffle!

Eggs in the City

Eggs in the City is one of my new favorite places to eat in Salt Lake City. It has a charming atmosphere, delicious food, and is located on 1675 East and 1300 South. This is a group that we will be working with on the Herms Inn restaurant project in Logan.

Tulie Bakery

Tulie Bakery in Salt Lake City has such a great combination of modern and old architecture. They  have combined existing brick with slick contemporary windows and doors. Inside continues with a great combination of materials. I love the rustic tables paired with modern chairs.

Not only is the structure and atmosphere inspiring, it is filled with delicious desserts. I would recommend, my favorite, the chocolate bouchon.
