Best Hot Fudge Sauce EVER!
12 ounce package semi sweet chocolate chips.
1 cup butter

Melt together, and then add:
4 cups powdered sugar
2 2/3 cups evaporated milk

Alternate sugar and milk while pouring.

Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly, and then add 2 tsp. vanilla.
