This year I plan to offer tips on how to make a house a home.  I believe your living space should reflect who you are.  I like for my spaces to be highly personalized.  Although I wish for everyone to be able to enjoy the wonderful process of having a custom house plan designed for them, I know it is not a reality.  So, I have a lot of tips that may be applied to almost any living situation.

Fame your children’s or family members’ art work.  You will find you enjoy looking at your families’ creations as much as your most precious works of art.  My nieces and nephews have supplied me with a plethora of wonderful pieces.  The warmth of family and childhood innocence emanates from these installations.
