I have owned 2 lots in Bountiful for about 5 years. The lots sat empty for a long time because the steep slope presented a design challenge. I have drawn numerous house plans to fit on the lots (some of them even went through engineering). I collaborated with Henry Walker Homes on the house plans and they are now under construction. I am excited to see the houses being built and up for sale after years of envisioning homes on the empty lots!

The homes are two levels with the garage on the lower level. The foundations have been poured and at this point you can see that during excavation they were careful to leave as much scrub oak as possible.

These are the last two homes available within the Lakeview HOA. The location is great with the temple to the East and amazing views of the valley to the West. The interior selections for the homes have not yet been selected so if anyone is interested in these homes at this point they would be able to select their own interior finishes!
