I posted about my color inspiration for this home in April, it is so great to see it finished!

To integrate nature into the architectural organization and detail of this home, I had the concrete color and grid continue outside into the courtyard. By using a color similar to the dirt it extends the space from the great room, to the courtyard, out into the landscape around the home.

Notice how the step detail that started with the exterior continues into the interior. The smaller set of cabinetry is finished in a metallic automotive paint.

The wallpaper on the ceiling of the master bathroom is a true Arts & Crafts paper designed in the 20’s.

Each of the home plans I designed for Entrada include a Casita for guests.
