The foundations have just been poured for Magnolia Place. This Italian Villa is being built in the hills of St. George, named after all the Magnolia trees that will be found in the landscaping. My client’s are currently living in London and wanted to have a European feel in the home and landscape design. The landscape will be beautiful with an olive grove, courtyard, custom pool with pavillion and even an l’orangerie.

The home has a beautiful grand entrance and many of the rooms exit to the beautiful outdoor living spaces. Although the style is very European, the building materials (stone, stucco, etc.) will be indigenous to the St. George area. I oriented the home on the lot to provide great views to old historic St. George with secondary views to Snow Mountain.

It is exciting to see things in motion. I have enjoyed designing Magnolia Place and it’s stunning landscape with these amazing clients and can’t wait to see the home come together!
