Following final approval of the design vision, Robert and his team develop floor plans, elevations and other related items in greater detail. Colors and finishes are refined, furniture, fabrics and equipment are selected and cost estimates are prepared. The resulting design is presented to the client for review, revision and final approval.
Once the full design has been presented and approved, then we move into producing construction documents and/or ordering finish materials, furniture, fabrics, and accessories. During this phase Robert McArthur Studios provides ongoing communication with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and various trade sources to ensure that every aspect of the project runs as smoothly as possible.
