Working within a model home budget is always a challenge. I’ve been using paint in the last few models to add a custom look and feel to the homes. You can see how I used paint in a previous model home here. In this home I wanted to frame the window and add emphasis to the entryway. A unique DIY project that just takes painters tape, paint, and patience (or a great painter like Mike Coyle who’s talent goes beyond what we have him doing here, he is actually an awesome faux painter).
