Working with Henry Walker Homes and taking inspiration from the movie Something’s Gotta Give, the Berlin at Tuscany Village was created. My goal was to design a nice affordable and efficient family home. I wanted to keep the floor plan as flexible as possible to allow each home owner to use the home as they wish. I created options for formal dining, informal dining, great room, den, living room or office space. Tomorrow I’ll take you inside and you can see how Alice Lane used each space to create a lovely model home.
