The Escape plans were so successful that Henry Walker Homes asked me to create semi-custom homes that are about 1,000 square feet larger for the next phase of development. To create a more custom feel, architecturally I changed how each of the plans are laid out, adjusted garage positions and angles, and added several features including curved and expandable glass walls that open to the outdoors. I designed six new plans, here are a few of the elevation and floor plan options. I am excited to see them built!
