I am in St. George at the home show. It has been so fun to hear comments about our three homes. People are so impressed with how livable our homes are compared to many with more square footage. A good floor plan allows for a smaller footprint to feel spacious and comfortable. When doing these floor plans it was important to have high ceilings to create a feeling of open space. Having carefully placed windows and doors also helped bring the outside living area in and lend way to the beautiful views!
