A popular trend in home decor is the chalk board. In our recent parade of homes house we took the trend right to the kitchen wall, using chalk board paint from the local hardware store.

One trend that we don’t see often in Utah is the use of draperies for outdoor living spaces. In the same home we wanted to extend the indoor living space outdoors and by adding drapery, the deck can now be used all hours of the day. Definitely a trend worth trying!
